Templeman Design were commissioned to provide a concept proposal to enhance and improve the existing buildings appearance, how visitors use and enter the building, together with a remodel of the main entrance and reception. This may also include for the rationalisation of the external car park to achieve the required effect.

The client is seeking a contemporary approach to the works where glass, stainless steel and light are important factors. The external façade should be modernised with the redecoration of existing aluminium windows and potential overclad / redecoration of the existing cladding.

The new reception should be welcoming and light. It is considered the interior design should reflect the company’s processes as a ‘conversation starter’. Interior spaces should be clean and contemporary with a simple pallet of materials to complete the contemporary appearance.
